By adding Worry-Free Delivery at checkout, your order is protected against common delivery issues such as loss, damage or theft during transit.
What does it cover?
Worry-Free Delivery protects your order if something goes wrong during shipping, including:
📦 Lost in transit
If your package is lost and does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
💥 Damaged during delivery
If your item arrives damaged and is no longer usable, you can submit a claim with supporting photos.
🚪 Marked as delivered but not received

The claim process is handled directly by Seel and is fully online:
- Receive your order and check its condition
- Visit the Seel Resolution Center using your order details
- Submit a claim with basic information and any required evidence (e.g. photos or tracking screenshots)
- Get compensated once the claim is approved
